Met a lovely lady today, she was Tibetan. She moved from her home town of upper mustang (which used to be Tibet, until Nepal moved the boarder) to run a guesthouse. Her parents and family still live there. Upper mustang is really remote an hard to get too. Permits to go there for foreigners are $500 US per person!
She had a cute baby too! :)
